Chest closure with velcro

Girth closure with velcro, unless you put in notes that you want buckle at girth

Instructions:

Soak in ice cold water until fully saturated, or it could crack

Wring out extra water

Stays cold for hours

Repeat as necessary

Storage:

Fold flat to let dry (it will dry hard)

Do not leave in refrigerator

Let dry if not in use for more than a few days
